HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad Traffic Police commissionerate has released an advisory to the people who drive their vehicles on their own. The traffic police, in the wake of a spate of road accidents, have taken an initiative to bring awareness on road safety in an emotional way.

Highlighting the importance of life, the traffic police say that it takes a lot of time for a human being to be brought up but a few seconds are enough to put an end to it due to overspeeding and eagerness to overtake the vehicles while traveling on the road.

The police say that human beings would have to wait for a specific time to reach their endeavors in life. Here is how emotional awareness campaign goes:

A human being has to wait for nine months in the mother's womb to take birth.

Two years to walk and three years to go to school.

Eighteen years to get the right to vote, 25 years for employment, and 25 to 30 years for marriage.

However, people have no patience when it comes to driving on the road and are likely to get into danger in 30 seconds by overtaking vehicles.

The police warn that the people, who don't follow the rules and regulations, have to spend months in the hospital if an unfortunate incident (accident) occurs.

Hence police advise those who drive vehicles to think of the consequences and follow traffic rules such as wearing helmets, avoiding over-speeding and overtaking, keeping in view family members waiting at home.
