HYDERABAD: Telangana IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella met here on Friday and reportedly discussed business opportunities in the State.
Both of them, having great business knowledge and experience, discussed Hyderabad's most famous aspects – business and biryani. In a tweet, KTR said, “Good start to the day when two Hyderabadis get to catch up @satyanadella

Satya Nadella, born in Hyderabad, took to LinkedIn and said that he felt ‘Fantastic to be back’. In a peculiar event that happened when he was in Bangalore on Wednesday, an AI-enabled chat bot ChatGPT listed biryani as a South Indian tiffin and the ‘Hyderabadi by heart’ Satya Nadella asked the chat bot to apologise. He said, “Don’t insult Hyderabadis.”
KTR, renowned for his quick-witted responses, lost no time in latching on to biryani, fully aware of how it went viral after Satya Nadella’s quip on Wednesday.
The Microsoft CEO is on a four-day India tour, meeting various innovators and changemakers to discuss business opportunities in the country and his meeting with KTR was part of that.
