Marredpally sub-inspector of police stabbed by drunk man

HYDERABAD: A sub-inspector of police was stabbed by a person under the influence of alcohol.

According to preliminary information, the SI of Marredpally police station A Vinay Kumar was on a patrolling duty on Tuesday night.

He was stabbed by a drunk man. The incident occurred near Anchor Charity Heavens apartment in Secunderabad. The police shifted the SI to hospital and registered a case.
