According to police, about 60 unidentified people stormed into a house in Turkayamjal, Adibatla, on Friday and allegedly kidnapped a woman. The majority of them stormed the house with sticks, stones, and iron rods and forcibly took the woman ahead of her engagement.

The majority of the suspects arrested in the Vaishali kidnapping case, according to the police, were tea makers, tea waiters, chefs, telephonists, drivers, tea supervisors, tea workers, tea field workers, and tea staff who reportedly worked at Mr. Tea, the business that employed the prime suspect Naveen Reddy.

In an official statement, the police had confirmed that Vaishali even appeared for her exam on Friday. No accused person would be spared from strict legal prosecution, said Rachakonda police. All 31 accused were charged in Adibatla police station under relevant sections.

According to her parents, a 24-year-old dentist was abducted by a large mob that also attacked her father and vandalised her house near Hyderabad. The incident occurred within the Adibatla police station limits under the Rachakonda Police Commissionerate on Friday.

The woman's family claimed that Naveen Reddy, who had allegedly been pressuring the woman into marriage, was responsible for organising the mob and kidnapped the woman.
