HYDERABAD: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has gone to court to stop the Special Investigation Team (SIT) from poaching four TRS party MLAs in Moinabad Farmhouse said Telangana Minister Harish Rao on Thursday.

Harish Rao questioned the BJP for trying to halt the investigation while speaking to the media at Pragati Bhavan along with minister Niranjan Reddy. Why isn't the BJP pursuing legal action if they have nothing to do with the MLA's purchase case? Reddy questioned.

The BJP, according to Harish, is demanding a CBI investigation into the case because they do not trust the state police. "Does the BJP demand the same where it is in power?" This demonstrates the BJP's hatred for the police and the people of the state," he said.

Minister Harish Rao stated that Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay took an oath in Yadadri claiming that the BJP was uninvolved in this matter. He claimed that BJP thieves who went out in broad daylight to buy MLAs were apprehended. He compared the BJP's situation to that of a rat caught in the trap.

If BJP leaders don't know Swamijis and Peethadhis, why are they so frustrated if they are being investigated? Harish Rao questioned.

In response to the Telangana Governor's remarks, Minister Harish Rao said, "I don't know why Telangana Governor dragged herself into a farmhouse issue, when we were talking about Tushar of Wayanad and not her ADC."

Harish Rao continued, "On phone tapping, he stated we all know who is using Pegasus to snoop," after citing the Governor's remarks about phone tapping.

"There will undoubtedly be an investigation into the MLA's poaching case," Telangana Singireddy Niranjan Reddy stated. The truth will be exposed soon. "The investigation will proceed regardless of who creates obstacles."
