HYDERABAD: At least five BRS MLAs, reportedly dissatisfied with Telangana minister Chamakura Malla Reddy and his 'style of functioning' held a key meeting at the house of Malkajgiri MLA Mynampally Hanumantha Rao in Hyderabad on Monday. Though, it was touted that the meeting was held to strategise for the next elections, their disgruntlement against the mercurial minister has dominated their agenda, according to sources.

Some reports also claimed that the leaders chalked out a strategy to take the matter to the notice of Party President and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) in the form of a complaint against Malla Reddy.

According to these reports, Kukatpally MLA Krishna Rao expressed his anguish that party workers were being treated unfairly and that all opportunities were going to one constituency and the minister's supporters.

Madhavaram Krishnarao (Kukatpally), KP Vivekananda (Kutbullapur), Bheti Subhash Reddy (Uppal) and Arikepudi Gandhi (Serilingampally) were among the BRS MLAs from Medchal and Rangareddy districts who met at Malkajgiri legislator Mynampally Hanmantha Rao's house in Kompally.

The meeting, according to reports, began in the morning and lasted for five hours. Mynampally stated that he hosted the MLAs for breakfast.
