JAGTIAL: Reiterating that the Congress has made Telangana its ATM to send money to leaders in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that families ran all the corrupt political outfits in the country.

Addressing the ‘Vijaya Sankalpa Sabha’ public meeting here on Monday, the Prime Minister said that while the Congress’s name was attached to scams like Bofors and 2G, the BRS party in Telangana was involved in Kaleshwaram and Delhi liquor scam cases.

“After Independence, the Congress looted the country and after bifurcation the BRS deceived Telangana. Now Congress made Telangana ATM. Money from Telangana goes to Delhi and reaches the pockets of family-run leaders,” the PM said.

He said that Congress had been protecting the BRS by hiding crucial files related to the Kaleshwaram project. “But we will find out where all that money has gone,” he said. He said that both the Congress and the BRS never hesitate to abuse Modi, but never utter ‘Jai Bharat’.

The PM said that his Government never discriminated against anyone while delivering welfare benefits, during the last ten years. “We have granted the Turmeric Board and ensured Rs 20,000 per quintal price for Turmeric. The earlier the BRS Government could not reopen the Nizam sugar factory, but we reopened the Ramagundam fertiliser factory benefiting farmers and youth,” he said adding that the BJP Government made development an identity of India.

He assured that if voted to power, his Government would speed up infrastructure projects, stress more on agriculture, and spread rooftop solar projects.

While saying that Telugu people were hard-working, he said that he took the help of AI to start X handle ‘Namo in Telugu’ where one could interact with him in Telugu. “Narendra Modi will speak to you in Telugu. But please give feedback if there are any faults, I will correct them,” he said.
