Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay arrested

JANAGAON: The Jangaon district police arrested Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar was arrested here on Tuesday.

Bandi Sanjay launched a protest deeksha here resenting the arrests of BJP workers at the residence to TRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Monday night.

Several BJP workers stormed the house of Kavitha after she denied the charges by a Delhi BJP MLA about her role in the Delhi State Government's liquor policy.

The Central Bureau of Investigation booked Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and senior IAS officer and GNCT Excise Commissioner Arava Gopalakrishna, who hails from Andhra Pradesh and 11 others.

Telangana BJP leaders too joined the chorus following the Delhi BJP leaders' allegations.
