HYDERABAD: TSRTC MD VC Sajjanar has appealed to the public to not attack its staff and cause unnecessary trouble.

Sharing a video on X, Sajjanar tweeted, "The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon at the MPDO office in Andole, Sangareddy district. The biker drove carelessly and caused an accident. However, he abused and attacked the TSRTC bus driver though he was not at fault.

"Such indiscriminate attacks on TSRTC staff who are performing their duties with commitment and regular training is not appropriate. After the implementation of Mahalakshmi scheme, the work pressure on the staff has increased. However, they are all performing their duties with patience and tolerance. Such incidents are raising concern among the staff.

"The management will not tolerate such attacks. A complaint has been filed at Andole police station on this incident. An FIR has been registered and the police are investigating into it. TSRTC management appeals to the public to not attack staff in anger and cause unnecessary trouble," Sajjanar tweeted.
