KURNOOL: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra has entered Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday. The walkathon has begun at Hanuman temple in Chatragudi of Aluru mandal at 6.30 am where senior Congress leaders of Andhra Pradesh and the party cadres welcomed Gandhi.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra will be pass through in Andhra Pradesh for four days covering Aluru, Yemmiganur, Adoni, Dharmapuram, and Mantralayam respectively, covering a 100 km distance.

Rahul Gandhi will step into Telangana on October 23 at Makthal and will walk for 350 km.

Telangana Congress party has conveyed special thanks to the Andhra Pradesh people for giving a warm welcome to MP Rahul Gandhi's Bharath Jodo Yatra.

In a tweet on Tuesday, the Telangana Congress wrote in Telugu, which reads "Bharat Jodo Yatra has reached the Telugu land, which gave a grand welcome to Rahul Gandhi; the immense love and affection showered on the Congress leader by the Andhra Pradesh people will never be forgotten."

Former TPCC president and MP N Utham Kumar Reddy and others welcomes Rahul Gandhi.
