Bandh in Goshamahal in protest against Raja Singh's arrest

HYDERABAD: Traders of Maharaj Ganj, Muktar Ganj, Kishan Ganj, Usman Shahi, Ashok Bazar, Gauliguda, Fish Market, Sultan Bazar, Badichaudi etc. in the Goshamahal constituency voluntarily closed their shops and fully supported the bandh called by Sri Ram Yuva Sena on Saturday.

Hindu groups called for a bandh to protest against the arrest and registration of PD Act against MLA Raja Singh of the constituency after his anti-Islam remarks.

All the major roads in Goshamahal constituency were deserted. The bandh was going on peacefully and did not take a violent turn.
