The Chief Minister noted that the CPI (M) was part of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) at the national level, a coalition that opposed the BJP. He acknowledged that there could be differences in working together in Telangana, but stated that these issues would be addressed through discussions with the leadership to reach a consensus by Sunday.

Revanth Reddy announced that Congress intended to move forward with the support of CPI (M) and expressed hope that this partnership would help Congress in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
