TSPSC paper leak: SIT summons Bandi Sanjay to attend on March 24

After serving notices to TPCC President Revanth Reddy a day before to provide the information on allegations by him made over the TSPSC paper leakage case, the Special Investigation Team on Tuesday served notices to BJP state president Bandi Sanjay.

HYDERABAD: After serving notices to TPCC President Revanth Reddy a day before to provide the information on allegations by him made over the TSPSC paper leakage case, the Special Investigation Team on Tuesday served notices to BJP state president Bandi Sanjay. The SIT asked him to attend before the investigating agency on March 24 to provide the proofs on the allegations levelled by him.

Referring to a news published in Sakshi Telugu Newspaper with the title "Leakage Nammaleni Nijaalu", where the BJP state president alleged that as many as 50 candidates hailing from a mandal in Jagityal district were qualified in Group 1 preliminary examination, the SIT asked Bandi Sanjay to provide the details or documents pertaining to the claims to take the investigation forward.

Additional Commissioner of Police A R Srinivas, who is heading the SIT, summoned Bandi Sanjay to be present in person on 24.03.2023 at 11: 00 am at the Special Investigation Team office located beside Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in Himayath Nagar of Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, the SIT arrested 9 accused in connection with the case and is interrogating them. The TSPSC paper leakage case has created a stir in the state following which the board has rescheduled the examination dates and cancelled the already conducted exams. However, with the wild allegations levelled by the opposition parties against the ministers and BRS leaders, the SIT has taken it seriously and issued notices to provide information in support of their allegations.
